About
Sestogusto

According to researchers, the sixth taste is the ability to perceive the flavour of carbohydrates. Essentially the reason why we love pizza, bread and all of the wheat-based doughs. The same love that drives us to discover new mixtures, starting from the most natural foods and exploring specialties from the Italian regions and from around the world.

Lo Chef

I am Massimiliano Prete. I've been experimenting for years with the best ways to combine the great tradition of the Italian pizza with the accuracy of the art of pastry making, the taste for authentic cuisine with an endless research into leavened products. I'm constantly challenging myself to have a hand, and ideas, in dough making, working to develop cutting-edge techniques and create special doughs: more digestible, light and, most of all, good.
